Beata is a senior marketer in the brand, digital and email marketing fields. She supports brands with a good cause* to thrive online.

She worked for Nike EMEA for 10 years, and grew the email channel to be a substantial brand and content marketing tool while driving sales. Beyond emails she also lead x-channel brand campaigns from planning to execution and is at home in the digital marketing world.

As a consultant Beata has been working with startups to enterprises, including brands like Nikon and Carhartt. Her clients include organisations that support causes such as sustainability, human or animal rights, diversity, biological products, etc.

From strategic planning, optimization and analysis to technical executions, Beata has hands-on experience in the intercultural European marketplace and also globally. She understands how brands work from the inside, and has great knowledge in how to overcome obstacles and turn opportunities into action within an organization.

Furthermore, early in 2022 she founded a collective of mothers or professionals in marketing – the name is still a work in progress. It is the collective’s vision to help mothers or such individuals find their passion again, expand their knowledge and skills, and work on real projects on a freelance basis when they have time. This allows them to build the balance between family and professional life, rebuild self-confidence and, no less important, regain their financial independence. All the while organizations win with having the hardest working marketing pros on their projects.
